Volunteer Opportunities

Between the DFW Mizzou Tigers Chapter and MAA, there are many ways to get involved and give back to Mizzou. Here are just a few:

  • Congratulate Future DFW Tigers committed to Mizzou for next fall! – Write congratulatory letters to admitted students and encourage them to become Tigers. A personalized note from an alumnus or alumna can be impactful, and may tip the scales in favor of Mizzou!

  • Become an Ambassador – Serving as a MizzouNet Social Media Ambassador allows you to do your part to give back to Mizzou – near, far, wherever you are. Ambassadors share MU content sent straight to their email inbox with the option to post directly to their own social media profiles.

  • Share Your Mizzou Made Story – We all have had different paths, but we are all #MizzouMade. Share how the University of Missouri has enriched your life.

  • Get Invloved! – We are always looking for great Tigers to join our leadership! Please reach out to dfwmizzoutigers@gmail.com if you are interested in getting involved, especially with hosting events!

Put the power of the Mizzou network in your hands. Download and register for the app by October 31, 2017 and we will ship you a MU-themed prize!

Read up on the latest campus social media, track your participation in Mizzou traditions, join the MAA or find a Mizzou event to attend near you. Alumni Association members can also utilize a mobile membership card, access benefits and discounts on the go, or renew a membership.                   

Coming to Homecoming? Stop by Homecoming Headquarters on Traditions Plaza Friday Oct. 20th, show us you have the app (or download it there) and get a free copy of the Mizzou Fan’s Survival Guide to the SEC (while supply lasts).
